Donald Benedetto has been successfully serving the local Philadelphia and Southern Jersey community for years. Throughout his career, he has been zealously advocating for his clients in Commercial and business disputes, standing as outsourced general counsel, closing deals and helping his clients navigate the law through every stage of a business, from start-up to acquisition. He excels at navigating complex commercial transactions to closing, always keeping deals on track. His clients range from local businesses, real estate developers, restaurants, family-owned shops, overseas investors, and more. He focuses on truly bridging the gap between businesses and legal services and attending to his clients’ individual needs. Previously, he worked in private practice in Philadelphia and clerked for the Honorable Samuel D. Natal in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division.
Prior to law school, Don served and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy, serving onboard the nuclear submarine U.S.S. Bremerton. While in the Navy, he was the recipient of the Navy Achievement Medal and authorized to wear the submariner’s silver dolphin insignia. He also spent eight years working in information technology and security in the private sector. Don then earned his law degree from Rutgers University where he graduated a Deans Scholar, Eagleton Fellow, and a selected member of the editorial board of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Don is best known to his clients for his acuity and fierce desire to solve their problems, whichever way possible.
